In case you do not remember your PIN code you will have to modify it from the EU Login mobile app. Please follow the below steps:

  1.  Open EU Login mobile app
  2. Go to Settings
    • In the bottom right corner, click on the cogwheel icon.
  3. Click "Forgot PIN code"
  4. Enter your EU login credentials linked to the app
  5. Choose a new PIN code.

Your PIN code has been changed; you can close the app and connect again with your mobile device on your EU Login account.

Pay attention: updating your PIN code will reset the biometric authentication enrolment in the app.
