If you do not have access to your configured second factor(s) anymore, you will have to erase all previously configured verification methods. This action does not require you to use a second factor and will remove all phone numbers and devices linked to your account, you will then be able add new ones.
To do so, please follow these steps:
- Clear your cookies by following your browser's instructions, are are the links to the main ones: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari
- Navigate to My Account
- Login with your email address and password
- Click on “Delete all my devices and eID (PANIC)”
- A confirmation message appears. Click on “Delete” to confirm
- A confirmation message appears, and the system automatically logs you out
