An application requires a second factor authentication, but I do not have access to it anymore

If you do not have access to your configured second factor(s) anymore, you will have to erase all previously configured verification methods. This action does not require you to use a second factor and will remove all phone numbers and devices linked to your account, you will then be able add new ones.

To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Clear your cookies by following your browser's instructions, are are the links to the main ones: Firefox, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari
  2. Navigate to My Account
  3. Login with your email address and password
  4. Click on “Delete all my devices and eID (PANIC)”
  5. A confirmation message appears. Click on “Delete” to confirm
  6. A confirmation message appears, and the system automatically logs you out
