The EU Login "My Account" menu depends on your account type. For example, EU Login accounts created for EU Institutions staff members do not offer the possibility to manage mobile phone numbers or to delete the account since they are managed through an HR system (SYSPER, Streamline…).
To easily identify your account type, please open EU Login in a private browser window then enter your email address or username on the log in page. Once landing on the “Welcome” screen which asks you to choose your verification method, you will see your account type between brackets under your username (either External or the name of your Organisation).
