The notion "(External)" under your unique identifier as demonstrated in this image means you have an external EU Login account.
You may refer to the EU external account Frequently Asked Questions in case you have difficulties using your EU Login account. For example if you would like to change your mobile phone number, use the EU Login mobile application or other EU Login usage issue.
The name of your EU Institution between brackets under your unique identifier as demonstrated in this image means you have an external EU Login account.

The notion "(Retiree)" under your unique identifier as demonstrated in this image means you have an internal EU Login account.

However in case you can log into your EU Login account but you cannot access an application (JSIS, RCAM...), your issue is related to your access rights. For such issues please refer to PMO documentation.
