You can access your account by requesting a new password:
- Navigate using your browser to My Account
- Insert your email address if you are not currently authenticated and click on “next”
- Click on “Lost your password?”
- Click on "get a password"
- You will receive a link by email, note that the link has a limited validity.
- After clicking on the link, you will be prompted for your new EU Login password and to confirm your new EU Login password
- Click on "Submit"
