How to sign in
You can use the EU Login Mobile App to securely access EU services. This method uses either a PIN code or biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition) on your registered mobile device.
1.On the EU Login screen, select “EU Login Mobile App PIN Code” as the verification method.
2. Enter your password in the “Password” field and click “Sign in.”
3. If you have more than one registered mobile device, you will be asked to select the one you wish to use.
4. The EU Login web page requests you to open the EU Login Mobile App.
5. Open the EU Login Mobile App on your device.
6. Tap on “Pending authentication requests.”
Note: In newer app versions, this screen may switch to the below screen automatically.
7. If the request displayed matches your login attempt, tap “Continue.”
8. Enter your PIN code or use your biometric authentication if configured.
9. The authentication process will then automatically complete on your computer, granting you access to the requested service. An “Authentication successful” message will appear.
