Working for a European Institution means that your EU Login account was created based on data provided to your HR department and managed through their own IT system. This information is not managed in EU Login and the EU Login support team will not be able to assist you with this matter.
Please contact your local service desk for additional guidance about how to update your personal information in your corresponding HR system (e.g., Sysper, Streamline…).
